Hi, I’m Kirsty! I’m the girl who lives at the gym You’ll often hear me before you see me!
I am a CrossFit Athlete, Adult Content Creator and love to show off my muscles I have been training since I was 25 and before that I worked in the prisons living a life of hell behind bars.
I am now living my best life and am grateful to be able to wake up everyday and do the things I love! Forever grateful for everyone’s support!
